On-line late-registration is now open until Dec. 25, 2017.
Please be advised that the abstract book may not be available for the late-registrees. We will announce it during the symposium if the extra copies become available. But the number of the copies would be limited, so they can run out.
No registration fee is required to attend CEMSupra 2018. If you wish to attend, please register online from this website.

VISA
Participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country.
Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether you require a visa.
For detailed information on visas, please check the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website .
The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa.
In order to issue an invitation letter, one must:
1) Complete online registration.
2) Download the form for "VISA application" and make sure you complete all sections. After you complete the form, please send it to the secretariat via e-mail (cemsupra2018@ml.riken.jp) by no later than November 17th.
